I was taught to cook at an early age by helping my mom prepare food for my brothers and I. Growing up I was the youngest of five healthy boys which often times left me with little to eat once I made my way to the refrigerator. After several of those moments, I realized I needed to be a little more creative with what we had in the pantry. I took everyday foods and spices to create unique meals that allowed me to explore my imagination. From appetizers to desserts, I have curated dishes that combined flavors that will take your palate on a journey.
